Discovering Reed:
I was told about this songwriter from New Orleans I might like. Took a listen to a few songs online. I was captivated by this unigue voice. It was the second or third song I heard which was called 'Me' -
the chorus release line came - and I fell for the vulnerably honest lyric “THE TROUBLE WITH YOU IS ME".
I contacted Reed and asked for more songs and was able to find a definite theme through a core of the songs. I wanted to record something with essence. A definitive project. We at SBP felt there was a story there. – A Journey Through Lost Love.
