Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA for security reasons.
Google reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends this data to Google for analysis. The information collected in connection with reCAPTCHA is used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalized advertising by Google.
When you create an account with us as an artist or label, information you provide at sign up will be used to create your label or artist profile. After login with your account you can further add and edit details to complete your label and/or artist profile.
After you pay for the promotion of a release and the promotion begins, your label and/or artist profile will become visible to the world.
Personal information provided at sign up or in your account interface such as your name, e-mail address, skype name and phone number will only be stored in our system and can be used by our staff to contact you to help you with your account.
We will also send you e-mails when needed to help you with your account.
When making a payment for our worldwide radio promotion, you can pay via BlueSnap. This is a third party. When making a payment, the payment information you provide them with is not stored by us. The only thing that is communicated to us is who paid for what when so we can update your account status accordingly.
When you create an account with us as a radio station, information you provide at sign up will be stored in our system. Our moderators will use this information to determine whether you're eligible for an account. If so, your account will be activated.
The function of a radio station account is to keep you updated on new music available for airplay. Therefore, an integral part of our service is to send out light-weight e-mail notifications when a release becomes available. We call these notifications “plugging”. You can set the genres and frequency of your plugging at sign up and in your account interface. “Plugging” is technology developed by iPluggers.
When you download a release for airplay, we log who downloaded that release: the station name, country of origin and date of download is logged and also made available for the artist or label. No other information is shared with them.
If you decide to give feedback and/or request an interview, then that information will also be shared with the artist or label.
When you login with your account, we use a small cookie to remember your login session.
We also have a newsletter specifically aimed at artists and labels. This newsletter contains special offers and information on all things airplay. You can sign up for this newsletter when you sign up for an account with us or when you contact us via our site. Newsletter management is done by our system and third party MailChimp.
