Richard Hallifax DJ, Singer, Songwriter, Author and Speaker...
Richard began his career in British TV in 1967. He acted in many popular programs including the Dr Who series, A Cliff Richard Special, and a film directed by Ken Russell.
Richard worked on the BBC TV program "Top of The Pops". There he worked alongside The Bee Gees, The Who, Cat Stevens, to name but a few and took part in a BBC promotional film (video) for The Beatles hit "Hello Goodbye"
In 1967 Richards very successful career as an international Disc Jockey took off and later he became a popular Radio DJ, TV producer, presenter, and anchor man, some of Richards top interviews included Steve Wonder, Elton John, Phil Collins, Bob Geldof, Roxette, and Ace of Base.
Richard had an important role in the establishment of Satellite Radio and worked closely with the legendary 208 Radio Luxembourg satellite Radio service.
Throughout his career Richard has written songs for himself and together with groups he has managed. He has also owned a record company.
Richard is now living in Sweden and published his autobiography in 2018. The English language version is scheduled to be published late 2019.
Also in 2019 Richard released his new song "Eyes of Gold" and fans say that he sounds like Johnny Cash!
His new book "Black Vinyl & White Soul has been published on the 13-02-2020 along with his latest song "Secret Love"
