Artist Bio – Morpheus von Dobenhausen
Morpheus von Dobenhausen is a German artist blending emotional pop with atmospheric synths and cinematic depth. Born in Bavaria, he began his journey as a DJ, touring Switzerland before moving to San Francisco and Los Angeles, where he refined his skills as a studio musician.
During the pandemic, Morpheus and producer H.K. wrote over 300 songs – a creative breakthrough that laid the foundation for his current sound. Since December 2024, his music has been released exclusively through the independent label XanadumusiX. With over 300,000 listeners on SoundCloud, playlist features, and radio interest from around the world, his reach continues to grow.
His latest singles – “Love is in the Air”, “Groover Blues”, and “When a Boy Loves a Woman” – showcase his stylistic range. In 2025, he’s releasing new collaborative projects with British guitarist Buddie Whaddie Joe and vocalist RoHaNa, as well as launching a UK radio tour with 28 stations already confirmed.
Outside the studio, Morpheus finds balance in running up to 40 km a week – often accompanied by H.K.’s somewhat spoiled Dobermann, who has become a fan favorite of his creative circle.
