The Beginning

Munster, Jovel Music Hall, 2001. It all started in the legendary Jovel Music Hall in Munster. Being booked as separate acts, the local DJs Andre Kuschel and Sven Krachten started to spin the decks together spontaneously. After a couple of songs something mystic happened that night: Suddenly half Munster was celebrating passionately, almost estatically to the beats of the two DJs. Nobody is going home, tonight is partytime! As a result that night brought to us a thrilled partycrowd, a happy organiser and a new DJ Project: The Miami Rockers.

Soon the words were spread and the “Miami Rockers” shared big stages with famous artists like Phil Fuldner, Bad Boy Bill, Cascada, Fatman Scoop or Turntable Rockers. Their first Mix CD published in 2007 lead to interesting bookings abroad such as in the famous Punta Arabi (Ibiza). From then on, things began to flow: Cosmo Clein contributed the vocals for mix tapes and live sets, the Miami Rockers experimented with own Mashups and more and more Mix CDs followed. The No 1 success on mix.dj with a release in 2009 was long overdue. Shortly after the first own projects by name “Bisby & Jingles - L´amour toujours (Miami Rockers Remix)” and “Miami Rockers – Shine On 2010” entered Top 25 in the german dancecharts.

2011

In 2011 the Miami Rockers released “Good Morning Miami featuring MC DragonD” under their own label “dreifuffzig records” and hit No 16 in the dance charts and No 2 in the Polish Radio Charts (Radio Eska). At the Miami Winter Music Conference, they met the vocalartist Jeremy Carr and his entire studio crew "Red Stage" NYC. It was the beginning of a strong co-operation. The first remix for Jeremy ("The Way We Are" Miami Rockers Remix) and a ten-day clubtour followed. The same year their first 2-hour Set on Radio Sunshine Live was broadcasted.

2012

In the beginning of 2012 their big hit “Good Morning Miami (DJ Jump Remix)” was pressed on the famous House-Sampler “Clubsounds 60 (Sony)”. In March the Miami Rockers released their next single called “Ready To Rock” and another chart success with it: No 2 in Switzerland, Top 20 in Germany, No 10 in Austria and No 15 in the UK after one week. In July there will be another release of a new single called “This club is a Wonderland”, what gives the start of the new Miami Rockers Clubtour. In addition there are plans for two other releases and some Remixes. So stay tuned!
