World of Sin is the musical umbrella of Dutch singer-songwriter and producer Guy Maalsté (1976), and mainly focusses on creating electronic dance music and pop. As a singer, Guy also performed in other genres, such as (hard) rock, and for bands. However, after (physically) moving away from his former musical associates he started making music on his own.

"I traded companionship for artistic freedom, which I like much more than expected. Yes, collaborating with other artists can be fun, but so is doing everything you want. I'm still open for it though."
