”NEVER GOT TO SAY GOODBYE”
This song was written together with my close friend Ricky Hanley just a few weeks after his father sadly passed away.
Unfortunately, he never got the opportunity to say farewell. We wrote this song to express the unconditional love between a child and a parent.
Never Got To Say Goodbye is a heartfelt and emotional ballad produced in a very classic way. It embraces both elements of R&B and Country music.

SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Andreas Stone Johansson (born 22 April 1981) was raised in Arlöv, a small suburb to Malmö, Sweden. He started playing the piano and singing at the age of 6.
His main instruments are still piano and vocals, but he plays guitar and bass and many other instruments as well.
During Andreas’s entire life, music has always been a way for him to channel and express all of his emotions.
He studied music in upper secondary school. Next, he attended a gospel folk high school as a pianist, which ended with a three week long field study, playing throughout the afro American churches in Chicago, USA. Upon graduation, he attended the Malmö Musical University, with Pop/Rock as course focus, which after 4.5 years landed him a bachelor’s degree.
Being asked about what music means to him, Andreas replied that he tries to live by the quotes: “What comes from the heart, reaches the heart“ & ”You are what you love, not what loves you”.

To date, Andreas’s music as a songwriter/producer has sold more than 25 million physical copies, worldwide.
He’s had more than 40 official Japanese (Oricon) or Korean (Gaon) number 1’s and another 10 number 2’s to his name.
He’s been awarded with several Japanese Grammy’s, been honored with numerous Gold Disc Awards in different categories.
Furthermore, Andreas has also had number 1’s in Sweden / Spain / Polen / Norway / Czech / Denmark, to name a few.
In 2019, he co-wrote the winning song ”Too Late For Love” by John Lundvik in Swedish Melodifestivalen.

Regarding his debut album, an American music-journalist wrote: ”Typified by his soulful tenor vocals, organic instrumentation and sweeping emotional melodies, “Inside Out” is a musical revelation that takes listeners back to a bygone era of pure musical craftsmanship, and timeless beauty.”
